The UVA Health Foundation
The University of Virginia Health Foundation is dedicated to supporting, promoting, and furthering the aims and purposes of the UVA Health System, which includes the Schools of Medicine and Nursing, Medical Center, and Claude Moore Health Sciences Library.
The foundation was created to strengthen collaborative aspirations across the Health System. These goals include finding new ways to improve human health, developing innovative models of medical and nursing care and education, and uncovering knowledge about the human body and the diseases that threaten it.
The foundation represents the interests of Health System donors, promotes Health System needs, and involves donors in a collective vision for advancing medical and nursing education, research, and patient care at UVA.
